⭐️ THE BASICS
what is yuna’s card cove?
yuna’s card cove is my cozy pokémon livestream shop built around shared pack-ripping experiences for collectors 🫧🐧🔥
through live breaks, thoughtfully themed cove crates, and curated prizes, i focus on making each stream feel intentional, exciting, and collector-friendly, a place where opening packs is about the experience, the community, and the joy of collecting together.
where do you stream?
i stream multiple nights a week on TikTok, usually on tuesdays, thursdays, and sundays. the next live is posted on my tiktok bio and discord channel.
⚡️BREAKS & LIVE RIPS
what is an energy break?
an energy break is a group pack-opening with 8 spots per break. when you purchase a spot, you choose 1 of 8 energies that can be found in a pokemon pack (water, fire, electric, dark, fighting, psychic, grass, metal).
- if the pack has your chosen energy in it → all the cards in that pack are yours
- everything is opened live on stream and shown clearly on camera
each break is different, so always check the product description.
when do breaks happen?
breaks happen live on live on tiktok. 🫧🎥
i announce the night’s breaks in Discord before each stream, and spots can be purchased before or during a live depending on availability.
what if i don’t hit anything?
the cove always takes care of you 🫧🩵
- the homie with the least hits usually receives a PSA 10 slab
- i also include singles so everyone walks away with something
no one leaves empty-handed.
can i choose my packs?
- loose packs: yes! you can choose the set + quantity
- breaks: packs are predetermined by the break theme
📦 COVE CRATES
what are cove crates?
cove crates are my signature curated, themed pack bundles, usually designed around the season or a special occasion to enhance the ripping and collecting experience throughout the year 🫧🐧🌟
each crate is meant to feel like a little collector care package: fun to open, intentional, and full of surprises.
each cove crate usually includes:
- 4–6 pokémon packs (hand-picked to fit the theme)
- 2–4 cozy extras (pins, keychains, stickers, etc.)
- slab or high-value chase slots (depending on the drop)
- seasonal or themed goodies
each batch is limited. once they’re gone, they’re gone 😮💨
are cove crates randomized?
yes! every crate is different. examples are shown on stream or on the product page so you know the vibe.
can i request items in my crate?
no. crates are packed ahead of time to keep things fair for everyone.
💌 SHIPPING
what shipping options do you offer?
to keep checkout simple, i offer two shipping options 💙
- hold my cards: choose this if you plan to place multiple orders, already paid for shipping on a previous order or another platform, or want to combine orders. your cards will be held safely until you’re ready to ship 🫧🐧
- standard shipping: choose this if you want your order shipped out on the next shipping day.
orders placed on TikTok and Shopify are combined automatically when possible. (just let me know if your tiktok username and legal name are different on discord!)
if you’re ever unsure which option to choose, feel free to ask!
when do you ship?
i ship twice a week, usually within 2–3 days after a stream. shipping days are announced on stream.
how long does shipping take?
- US orders: 2–5 business days
- international orders: varies by country
tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships 📦
can i combine orders?
yes! orders are automatically combined when possible. to be sure, feel free to dm me on discord!
what if i forgot to purchase shipping?
no worries! this happens sometimes.
if you selected “hold my cards” on your order and didn’t purchase shipping another way (or ordered on TikTok), just send me a message on Discord, TikTok, or Instagram so we can confirm your shipping cost.
once confirmed, you can send shipping via any of my offline payment methods listed in my links.
for US domestic orders, shipping is usually around $5.
cards will be held safely until shipping is paid 💙🐧
i entered the wrong address. help!
please message me as soon as possible.
- if it hasn’t shipped yet → i can fix it
- if it’s already shipped → USPS will need to reroute
i can’t replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.
💸 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
can i cancel my order?
if you message me before packs are opened, i can cancel your order.
once packs are opened live, all sales are final.
what happens if my package is lost or damaged?
i pack every order with care and treat your cards like they’re my own 🐧🫧
once a package is handed off to USPS, delivery issues are unfortunately outside of my control.
- if your package arrives damaged, please message me within 48 hours with photos so i can review it case by case.
- if your package is marked delivered but missing, please check with USPS and your local delivery area first.
i’m always happy to help however i can, but i can’t guarantee replacements for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier, or for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
